摘要
随着当代人才市场竞争激烈加剧,而人才又是企业发展赖以生存的源泉,我国各行业加强了对人力资源部门的重视。尤其现代人力资源管理的兴起,人力资源管理师的增多,为我国人力资源重新优化组合提供了有力的武器。本文通过探讨分析煤炭行业人力资源管理系统的现状问题,然后分析了造成人力资源管理存在问题的原因,最后提出了煤炭企业相应的改革建议,为推进煤炭行业人力资源的重新调配提供了理论支撑。
