摘要
随着煤矿企业的发展,人力资源管理问题越来越突出。文章探讨煤矿企业人力资源面临的全新挑战,提出了人力资源管理体系的优化思路,最后阐述了煤矿企业人力资源管理优化实施的步骤。本文研究对煤矿企业的持续发展战略提供了参考。
With the development of coal mining enterprises, human resource management issues are becoming increasingly prominent. This paper explores the human resources of coal mine enterprises facing the new challenge, put forward humanpower resource management system optimization, finally elaborated the coal enterprise human resources management to optimize the implementation steps. This paper studies on coal enterprises sustainable development strategy to provide reference.
