摘要
随着我国煤矿建设的不断发展,对煤炭矿区规划环评的重视程度也不断得到了加强。但是目前在对矿区实施规划环评的过程中依然存在着许多问题,例如没有对环境与资源的承受能力进行深入分析、检测制度不完善、没有明确对资源进行综合利用的方案等。因此,需要对规划环评的各方面进行完善,以不断促进我国煤炭事业的发展,提高我国的环境质量。文章对煤炭矿区规划中的问题进行了研究,并提出了相应的解决对策。
