摘要
采用光子相关光谱法和 TEM分析对钛酸四丁酯 ( Titanium butyrate以下简称 TNB)水解的成核 -生长进行了研究 .讨论了 p H值、TNB浓度以及水与钛酸四丁酯物质量之比对粒子成核 -生长的影响 ,阐明了 p H值、TNB浓度与成核以及粒子形态的关系 .指出了溶液中溶质分子簇大小变化是导致一次核粒径改变的直接原因 ,给出了不同p H值下的成核
Hydrolysis of titanium butyrate( TNB) with ethanol as dispersing agent were studied by means of Photon Correlation Spectroscopy( PCS) ,and Transmission Electron Microscopy( TEM) . The influences ofp H value,the concentration of titanium butyrateand the molarof water- to- alkoxide on the size and the surface morphology of titania particles were investigated.Itis found thatthe size of titania particles depends on the titanium butyrate cluster dissolved in ethanol.Meanwhile the network of titania formed in a acid medium( p H=4 .5 ) is clearly seen.
