摘要
以钛酸四丁酯(TBOT)为前驱物、乙醇(EtOH)为溶剂、盐酸为催化剂,利用溶胶-凝胶技术制备了稳定的TiO2溶胶。研究了反应温度、溶剂用量、催化剂用量、水用量等因素对TiO2溶胶稳定性的影响,并利用正交试验L9(34)分析了各因素对溶胶稳定性的影响程度。结果表明,最佳制备工艺条件为:反应温度为30℃、nTBOT∶nE tOH=1∶32、nTBOT∶nHC l=1∶0.5、nTBOT∶nH2O=1∶1。最后,从酸催化角度,对钛醇盐溶胶-凝胶过程的机理做了初步研究。
A kind of TiO2 sol,which had good stability at room temperature,was prepared by sol-gel process,using tetrabutyl titanate(TBOT) as precursor,ethanol as solvent,hydrochloric acid as catalyst.The effects of reaction temperature,amounts of solvent,catalyst and water on the stability of sol were studied.And the degree of influence of all factors on the stability of sol was analysed by L9(34) orthogonal test.The result showed the optimum technological parameters are as follow: reaction temperature 30 ℃,the mole ratio of TBOT to ethanol,hydrochloric acid,water 1/32,2,1,respectively.At last,the specific mechanism of sol-gel process was preliminarily studied from the point of view of acid catalysis.
