主要阐述了唐钢冷轧薄板厂镀锌生产线的工艺流程、产品结构及质量情况。针对锌渣、线状突起及"抬头纹"等多发性质量缺陷的成因进行了深入探讨,并结合现场工艺装备特点提出了控制措施,为镀锌产品质量优化提供理论依据。
It is stated mainly the process flow, products structure and quality situation of galvanizing line of Cold Rolling Sheet Plant of Tang Steel, discussed deeply the reason for frequently -occurred quality defects such as zinc slag, line - like tower and ＂ forehead wrinkles＂ , proposed some control measures according to the features of site process equipments, and then a theoretical reliance offered for quality optimization of gal- vanized products.
