摘要
分析了不同薄板坯连铸连轧紧凑式热带生产法(CSP)生产线的工艺流程特性,对2种典型CSP生产流程的产品与常规薄板带产品进行了对比。研究结果表明:从生产钢种来看,CSP可生产12种热带钢产品中的10种;从生产规格来看,CSP可生产比传统热轧更薄的产品;其产品具有显微组织细小、均匀、力学性能优良等优点;要提高CSP产品质量,必须严格控制从钢水冶炼、CSP连铸及连轧全过程的工艺与质量管理。
The characteristics of compact strip production(CSP) technological process of thin slab casting and rolling were analyzed. The CSP products were compared to the traditional one. The results show that ten of twelve hot strip products can be produced by CSP process, and the slabs produce is thinner. CSP products have finer and homogeneous microstructure and good mechanical properties. To improve the quality of the products, the whole production process, which includes the smelt process, CSP line and continuous rolling process, should be strictly controlled.
