摘要
针对目前海军水声探测装备计量保障中使用的微弱信号测量设备体积大、成本高和低频段检测能力不够的缺点,设计了一种成本低廉、性能相当、自主可控的微弱信号测量仪,其硬件只需一块24位高精度动态信号采集卡,软件使用LabWindows/CVI语言开发,采用DAQmx、数字锁定和级联窄带低通滤波等技术,实现了被测交流信号的频率、幅值正交矢量的精确测量,软件具有参考信号的数学生成、算法仿真和信号分析功能,突破了传统设计方法依赖超低噪声前置放大器和高稳定度参考信号源的难题。实验结果表明,该测量仪能够对10—1000Hz频段的微伏信号进行计量检测。
The current weak signal measuring device is large, expensive and lack of low-frequency measuring ability when applied in the metrology support of hydro-acoustic detection. A low-cost, applicable and self-re- search and development weak signal device is designed and realized, whose hardware only needs a 24-bit dy- namic signal acquisition card. The LabWindows/CVI based software adopts DAQmx, digital locked-in and cas- cade low pass filtering techniques to ensure frequency and amplitude orthogonal precise measurements of AC signals partially or completely buried in noise. The functions of reference signal mathematical generation, algo- rithm simulation and signal analysis through software break the puzzle of the traditional design method depen- ded on ultra-low noise amplifier and super-steady reference source. The test results show that the device can exactly measure the micro-voh signal between 10 -1000 Hz.
