摘要
由单个运算放大器和单个模拟电子开关组成的相敏整流电路,具有电路简单,成本低的特点,常用于磁通门传感器处理电路中;由于电路结构的非对称性,在实际应用中其温度性能相对较差;文章在分析模拟电子开关导通和关断等效电阻对电路输入输出关系影响的基础上,提出了一种由单个运算放大器和两个模拟电子开关组成的对称相敏整流电路;在电路复杂程度增加不大的情况下,能较好地提高温度性能;实验结果表明:从-40~80℃的温度变化范围内,改进前电路零点漂移为65μV,改进后电路零点漂移只有6μV。
A phase-sensitive detect (PSD) circuit, composed of only one amplifier and one electronic switch, is simple and inexpensive for fluxgates signal process, but has poor thermal stability because of its unsymmetrical structure. This paper presents an improved symmetrical PSD circuit composed of one amplifier and two electronic switches. Better thermal stability is achieved with few extra components. The relationship between input and output influenced by equivalent on resistance and off resistance is analyzed and tested. The experiment results show a better thermal stability. When the temperature changed from -40℃ to 80℃, the zero offset of the new circuit is only 6μV, while the previous one was 65μV in the same range.
