摘要
依托鲅鱼圈输水管工程,分析了浅地表城区顶管法施工对地表的影响以及管道受力情况。首先通过理论公式计算顶管法施工顶力合理值,并采用ANSYS数值软件模拟顶管法施工对地表的影响,得出结论:顶推过程中沿顶管纵向6 m即4D范围为变形发育区,从起始顶进断面算起顶推5 m范围内变形速率最大,因此建议在此范围段内进行重点监测。
Relying on the Bayuquan water-conveyance pipeline engineering, the effects on the surface deformation and jacking force in subsurface pipe-jacking construction are analyzed here. Firstly, the reasonable jacking force value is calculated by theoretical formula. Then, the numerical software ANSYS is used to simulate the pipe-jacking construction' s impact on surface. At last, the conclusion is obtained that the range of 4D or 6 m along the longitudinal pipeline is deformation developing area. The range counting from the start jacking section within 5 m has maximum deformation rate. Therefore, it is recommended to make focused rnointoring in this range segment.
