总胆汁酸增高与冠心病回顾性分析 被引量：3

摘要 目的:探讨血清总胆汁酸测定在心脑血管疾病诊断中的临床意义。方法:将检测病人冠心病(治疗中)组399例、健康对照组373例,用OLYMPUS AU2700全自动生化分析仪,测定总胆汁酸(TBA)、总胆固醇(TC)。结果:冠心病组的血清总胆汁酸高于健康对照组。结论:血脂代谢紊乱可使胆汁酸水平发生变化,心血管疾病的发生有一定的关系。
