摘要
JC-120DB绞车是一种新型交流变频控制的单轴齿轮绞车。使用ANSYS有限元分析软件建立了JC-120DB绞车滚筒的有限元分析模型,同时对该滚筒装置进行了力学性能分析计算、理论计算,并根据API标准进行强度校核,以确保滚筒的安全可靠性,为安全使用该绞车滚筒提供了理论依据。
JC-120DB drawworks is a new type of DB monopodium gear wheel drawworks. This thesis makes the finite element analysis modeling of JC-120DB drawworks roller by using finite element analysis software. Then, the static analysis and theory calculation of roller device is reckoned. And its intensity calibration is finished on the basis of API criterion, in order to the roller＇ s reliability. The research offers the theory reference for using the drum spool safely.
