摘要
针对钻机滚筒轴的结构,运用疲劳损伤理论,对钻机绞车滚筒轴疲劳强度校核公式进行了推导,得到了滚筒轴疲劳强度校核通式,并给出了疲劳强度校核电算框图,适用于目前现场所有绞车滚筒轴的疲劳强度校核。
According to the structure of the drum shaft on rig drawworks and by applying the fatigue failure theory, the author derives formulas for checking the fatigue strength of the drum shaft on rig drawworks. And a general formula and a computer flow chart applicable for all existent rig drawworks in the fields are presented in the article.
