摘要
目的探讨优质护理服务对儿科护理质量的影响。方法采用问卷法,选择2011年9月至2013年3月入院的患者564人进行调查分析,分析比较实施优质护理服务前后患者家人对管床护士的知晓率和满意度。优质护理服务包括对病区护士实施分层使用管理、落实管床责任包干和床边工作制。结果实施后对管床护士的知晓率和护理质量的满意度较实施前显著提高。差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论优质护理服务有利于增强护士责任心,调动积极性,增进护患沟通,提高护理质量。
Objective To explore the influence of high quality nursing service for the nursing quality of pediatrics department. Methods 564 patients admitted to our hospital from September 2011 to March 2013 were investigated by questionnaire. The patients＇ awareness and satisfaction to nurses in charge before and after the implement of high quality nursing service were analyzed and compared. Results After the implement of high quality nursing service, patients＇ awareness and satisfaction to nurses in charge improved significantly, compared with those before implement, the differences were statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions High quality nursing service can enhance nurses＇ responsibility and motivation, improve nurse-patient communication and quality of nursing.
