摘要
本文针对换热管与管板胀接结构的可靠性.运用弹塑性理论对胀接结构进行了理论上的初步探讨,并应用后退式胀管器做了管子与管板试件的胀接试验.推导了适合液压式胀接和机械式胀接的胀管率的近似理论计算方法.
A preliminary study on the reliability of expansion joints between heat exchanger tubes and tube-plates is made with the help of elast-plasticity. Expansion tests of tube andtube-plate samples with recession type expanders were conducted. A theoretical way for calculating the degree of expansion applicable to hydraulic and mechanical expansion joints has been worked out.
