摘要
为评定发动机活塞结构的可靠性进行了活塞液压机械强度疲劳试验。首先建立了试验结果与发动机活塞实际运转过程中失效的等效性。试验结果表明:在参数控制中,最高燃烧压力、压力标准偏差是影响试验结果的主要因素,同时要控制残余波形、试验温度、加载频率等参数,以提高试验的可比性和准确度;活塞热处理方式也是影响活塞销座机械强度疲劳可靠性的重要因素。
In order to judge engine piston mechanical fatigue strength,the hydro-pulse test was conducted.Based on large number of piston hydro-pulse test data,from fatigue failure equivalence,residual wave elimination,test temperature control,loading sinusoid shape and loading frequency control etc.,their influences on the test results were discussed.And the influence of different heat treatment procedures was specially investigated.The results show that peak cylinder pressure,pressure standard deviation etc.are the dominant factors influencing the test results.The oil temperature,residual wave and test frequency should be controlled for improving comparability and accuracy of the test results.Meanwhile,the heat treatment procedure is an important factor influencing mechanical fatigue strength of piston pin boss.
