摘要
介绍核电汽轮机高压缸的优化设计,包括用单层汽缸代替双层缸,采用不对称抽汽,合并持环,改进与完善高压外缸设计等.对改进后的高压缸作了热应力的分析与对比.最后,进行了高压缸优化设计的技术经济比较.
This paper presents the optimization design of a nuclear turbine's high pressure cylinder, including the use of single shell instead of double-shell casing, unsysmetical bleed, integration of carrier rings, improvement and perfection of H.P. outer casing configuration, etc., with a comparative thermal stress analysis. A technical/economic evaluation of the optimized design is presented as a conclusion.4 figs,7 tables and 9 refs.
