摘要
在明挖车站端头井内部进行盾构调头时,为保证盾构调头的技术距离要求,影响盾构调头的框架柱必须在盾构调头完成后浇筑。由于主要受力构件框架柱的施工次序的改变,将导致纵向框架梁的内力发生变化。当框架梁截面刚度较小时,内力的变化会使框架梁产生较大并且不可恢复的位移和变形,从而影响车站内部结构后期的正常使用。因此,重点分析计算与控制盾构调头过程中的框架梁受力和变形,是同类型车站的设计重点。
In order to ensure the technology distance for shield U-turn in the station end well, some columns pouring is usually completed after the shield U-turn. In the process of turning construction of shield, the change of construction sequence of the main stress components of frame columns will lead to change in internal force of the longitudinal frame beam. When the frame beam section stiffness is small, the internal force changes will cause large displacement and irreversible deformation to the frame beam, thus affecting the normal use of the internal structure of the station. Therefore, the analysis focuses on frame beams calculation and control of shield U-turn in the process of deformation, which is the design focus of the same station.
