摘要
介绍了配料车间作为玻纤生产线中重要的建筑物,由于结构受到工艺条件的要求,其结构布置及性能等方面的特殊性。通过对现行配料车间混凝土框支剪力墙结构体系进行分析,提出了结构设计中涉及的要点,针对设计要点提出了一些具体措施。同时提出了配料车间结构设计合理化建议,为工业厂房中类似车间的结构设计提供参考。
As an important building in a glass fiber production line, the batch plant has particularities in aspects of structural layout and performance due to its operation process conditions. Based on the analysis of the concrete frame-supported shear wall structure in the current batch plants, the key points concerned in the design of such a structure are put forward, and some measures are proposed for these points. Besides, proposals for optimizing the structural design of the batch plant are offered, which can also be used as the reference for the design of the similar facilities in industrial factories.
