试验以车间生产为模型,以发酵周期和葡萄糖酸钠产量为考察指标,通过单因素试验和正交试验对黑曲霉发酵工艺进行优化。获得较优方案为选取2下压+抛物线的搅拌桨型搭配、16.5h种龄、15%转种量、pH值为5.8。
The workshop production was carried on as the model of fermentation. With the fermentation cycle and sodium gluconate production as selection standard, the fermentation was optimized through the single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment. The optimum conditions were as followed: impeller type of two down impeller of BTD; 16.5h seed age; 15% inoculation quantity, pH value 5.8.
