摘要
采用超声波辅助浸提对团风荸荠皮棕色素进行提取。在单因素试验的基础上,采用正交试验优化超声波提取的适宜工艺条件。结果表明,以体积分数80%的酒精为提取剂,料液比为1∶10(g∶mL),超声波功率为350W,提取时间25min,提取温度55℃的条件下,团风荸荠皮色素提取液在波长490nm处的吸光度值为1.958。
The method using ultrasonic wave assisted water extraction for pigment from Tuanfeng water chesmut peel was adopted. Single factor experiment was employed to find out the factors influence on extraction of pigment, and then orthogonal experiment was carried out to optimize the process conditions. The results showed that the optimum extracting conditions were as follow: 80% vol alcohol as extracting agent, and solid-liquid ratio of 1:10 (g:mL), ultrasonic power 350W, extracting temperature 55℃ for 25min. Under these conditions, water chesmut skin pigment extract at 490 nm absorbance value was 1.958.
