摘要
【目的】建立sYP-9080原药高效液相色谱分析方法。【方法】采用AgilentZORBAXSB—C18色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-水(体积比45:55),流速为1.0mL/min,紫外检测波长254nm条件下进行外标法定量。【结果】该方法300-700mg/L质量浓度范嗣内呈良好线性,回收率在99.50%-100.01%之间,标准偏差为0.13,变异系数为0.14%。【结论】该方法操作简便,准确度和精密度高,线性相关性好。
[Aims] A HPLC method for analysing SYP-9080 was established. [Methods] The sample was separated and analyzed quantitatively on Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18 reversed-phase chromatography column and UV detector at 254 nm, using acetonitrile and water (45 : 55, by vol) as the mobile phase. The rate of flow was 1.0 mL/min. [Results] Good linearity was obtained in range from 300-700 mg/L. The recovery rate was 99.50-100.01%. The results showed that the standard deviation was 0.13. The variation coefficient was 0.14%. [Conclusions] The method was simple, rapid and accurate, and had good linear correlation.
