摘要
目的探讨卫生监督员参加医院感染管理临床实践的方法与途径,探索卫生监督在医院感染管理方面的切入点,提高卫生监督员执法水平。方法每年选择2～3个临床高危科室作为进修学习的重点,制定学习计划,认真组织开展相关理论知识的自学和培训,选派卫生监督员到省市两级三级医院轮流培训,参加医院感染管理临床实践活动,临床实践活动结束后开展全员培训和专项监督检查,提高全体监督员专业知识水平,规范全市医院感染管理工作。结果参加医院感染管理临床实践能有效提高卫生监督员执法水平,能有效提升卫生监督机构执法效率,应坚持选派卫生监督员到医院参加医院感染临床实践活动。结论现代医院感染工作离不开科学化、技术化和法制化管理,卫生监督工作若要深入到临床一线,就必须从提高自身入手,坚持选派监督员参加医院感染临床实践是解决当前监督机构人才、技术能力不足与临床需求间矛盾的有效方法之一。
OBJECTIVE To explore the approaches of the health inspectors＇ participating the clinical practice of nosocomial infection control and discuss the starting point of the control of nosocomial infections so as to improve the law enforcement. METHODS About 2--3 departments at high risk for nosocomial infections were selected each year for further study, the programs were developed, then the self-teaching and training of relevant theory were conducted, the health inspectors were chosen to participate the training in city or province-level three A hospitals as well as the clinical practice; the crew training was conducted until the end of the clinical practice so as to improve the awareness of special knowledge and standardize the control of nosocomial infections. RESULTS The involvement of the clinical practice of nosocomial infection control could effectively improve the law enforcement, it was necessary to adhere the policy that the health inspectors were chosen to participate the clinical practice of nosocomial infection control. CONCLUSION The modern nosocomial infection control has close relationship with the scientific, technical and legalized management, the health supervisors should root to the first clinical frontier and start from the self improvement. It is an effective way to choose the health inspectors to participate the clinical practice so as to solve the problems involving the insufficiency of talents and technical ability as well as the clinical needs.
