Research on Reducing Slag inclusion of 7A04 Alloy

摘要 实际生产中低倍检查时,发现7A04合金挤压材中有直径0.1-0.4mm的夹渣缺陷。本文通过电镜扫描(SEM)和能谱分析(EDS)确定了夹渣缺陷的形貌和成分,分析了夹渣的组织特征和形成机理。经过试验验证,确定出废料使用量、金属添加剂质量及加入温度、精炼时间、过滤效果等是影响夹渣缺陷的主要因素。 φ0. i -0.4mm slag inclusion was found in extrusion via macroscopic test in production. The paper presents slag inclusion profile and composition by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS) ; it analyzes slag inclusion microstructure and formation mechanism. Slag inclusion was confirmed to be formed by key factors e. g. waste usage, additive quality, adding temperature, refine time and filter effects.
