摘要
Zn的质量分数超过7.5%的新型超高强合金是重要的航空结构材料,该合金铸造时有很强的热裂纹倾向性,其熔炼铸造工艺是研究的重点。对新型超高强合金的熔炼与半连续铸造工艺开展系统研究,考察了合金成分、精炼条件、铸造温度、铸造速度等工艺参数对铸锭成形性的影响,最终确定了合理的熔铸工艺,成功地制备出优质的200 mm×600 mm规格扁铸锭。
The new super-strenght aluminium alloy (w(Zn) 〉 7.5% )is a kind of critical role material in aero industry.The preparation of this alloy is always a focus in materials research because of its strong crack tendentiousness when casting. The melt and semi-continuous casting technologies of new super-strenght aluminium alloy are be studied systematically in this paper. The efects of alloy elements, refine condition, casting temperature and velocity on formabilily of ingot are investigated roundly. The suitable technologies of melt and semi-continuous casting have been achieved and 200 mm × 600 mm rectangle ingots have be made successfully.
