摘要
本文采用因子分析法,简化科研与技术开发机构效益和成果评价中的多指标变量,并在因子轴组成的低维空间中对各地的科研效益和成果进行分类,提出利用公因子得分总和进行排序的方法,对全国29个省、市、自治区的科研效益进行排序,获得满意结果。该法适用于一般多指标体系综合评价。
The method of factor analysis is used to reduce the number of multi-index variables in the evaluation of the efficient performance of scientifical research and technological development institutes. In the lower dimensional space constituted by the factor axes, the classification is performed by using the tecnnique of clustering analysis. According to their efficient performance of scientific research, 29 provinces, cities and regions are sequenced by using the cumuiative sum of factor scores, the result is satisfactory.
