摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定槲皮素微乳中槲皮素含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为Zorbax Eclipse XDB-C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.4%磷酸水溶液(50∶50),流速1.0 ml·min^(-1),检测波长372 nm,柱温25℃。结果:槲皮素在11.8~118.0μg·ml^(-1)浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 7),平均回收率为97.6%,RSD为1.69%(n=9)。结论:该方法准确、便捷、重复性好,可用于槲皮素微乳的含量测定。
Objective ： To establish an HPLC method for the determination of quercetin in quercetin microemulsions. Method ： The HPLC system consisted of a Zorbax Eclipse XDB-C18 （250 mm x 4.6 mm,5 μm）column using methanol-0.4% phosphoric acid （50： 50） as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 ml rain-1 , the UV detection wavelength was at 372nm and the column temperature was 25℃. Result： A linear calibration was obtained over a concentration range of 11.8-118 μg . ml- 1 for quercetin （r = 0. 999 7 ）. The mean recovery of quercetin was 97.6% and RSD was 1.69% （ n = 9 ）. Conclusion ： The method is accurate and simple in the determi nation of quercetin microemulsions.
