基质金属蛋白酶在类风湿关节炎免疫致病机制及信号转导中的研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 基质金属蛋白酶(matrix metalloproteinase,MMPs)是一组在结构上具有极大同源性、能降解细胞外基质蛋白的内肽酶的总称,因为含有金属离子锌、钙而得名[1].包括膜型的MMP在内,该家族迄今已发现20余个成员,根据其发现顺序可分为MMP-1~MMP-19,按其作用底物和结构不同又可分为5类:胶原酶类(MMP-1、MMP-8、MMP-13),明胶酶类 (MMP-2、MMP-9),基质分解素类 (MMP-3、MMP-7、MMP-10, MMP-11),膜型金属蛋白酶类 (MT-MMP-14、MT-MMP-15、MT-MMP-16、MT-MMP-17)及其他(MMP-12、MMP-18、MMP-19等).本文就MMPs的结构、生物学功能、表达调控以及在类风湿关节炎(RA)发病机制中的作用作一综述.
