摘要
基于区域经济与生态环境系统的发展速度,选取24个评价指标,利用耦合度模型并结合剪刀差分析评价辽宁省1996—2011年经济系统与生态环境系统的耦合发展,分析耦合度发展趋势及系统发展速度的差异性。结果表明:经济发展速度呈"U"型,而生态环境系统呈倒"U"型,二者耦合度发展呈"U"型,先后经历了发达型—协调发展型—发达型—过度发展型几个不同耦合度阶段,1996—2002年经济与生态环境系统发展耦合程度较高,2003—2011年发展趋势逐渐远离和谐;剪刀差显示经济系统与生态环境系统速度差异发展过程呈"U"型,2001年差异度最小,2002—2011年差异度值逐年加大,经济与生态环境系统发展速度有显著差异性,二者的发展速度并不协调同步。
Based on the pace of development of regional economy and ecological environment, select 24 evalu- ation index to analysize their coupling development, the coupling development trends and the development speed difference from 1996 to 2011 in Liaoning Province with the methods of coupling degree model and scissors. The re- sults showed the U-shaped of the economic development speed, inverted U-shaped of the ecological environment system and U-shaped of the two coupled development. It has gone through the developed type--coordination of de- velopment-developed-over-development of several different degree of coupling stage. The degree of economic and ecological environment was higher during 1996--2002, while the development trend was moving away from harmony during 2003--2011. Scissors analysis showed a U-shaped differential development process in speed of the economic and ecological environment system, with the smallest difference in 2001 and the more difference year after year from 2002 to 2011. There are significant differences between economic and ecological environment system development speed , and it simultaneously confirmed both the pace of development is not of synchronization.
