摘要
在实施素质教育的今天 ,更应强调教师的职业素质 ,它包括教师的创新素质、师德素质、特殊素质等方面 ,而特殊素质应该是教师职业素质的基础与核心。
Today,with quality education being carried out,we should lay more stress on raising teachers professional quality include blazing new trails,teaching morals and specialist quality,specialist quality should be the base and core of teachers professional quality.
