摘要
近几年来,地方高校的发展十分迅速。为满足教学与科研的需要,地方高校从重点院校引进了数量可观的研究生来充实教师队伍。这些研究生初为人师,其讲台经验不足、阅历浅,许多方面表现稚嫩。本文就培养青年教师的责任心、加强青年教师基本功训练和锻炼青年教师的实践能力三个主要方面,分析青年教师特点,提出相应的培养方法。
In recent years,local colleges have experienced rapid development.In order to meet the needs of teaching and scientific research,local colleges have employed many post-graduate students from key universities to optimize college faculty and staff.There is no shame to say,these inexperienced teachers are not good at their work to some extent due to the deficiency of experience.This paper focuses on three major aspects such as teacher＇s responsibility,basic skills,practical ability,and analyzes the characteristics of young teachers,as a result,proposes the training methods.
