摘要
利用 1 /4Hoagland溶液为营养液 ,采用空气压缩机通气 ,光照度 1 2 0 μmol/m2 /s,光暗周期 1 2 /1 2小时 ,光照温度 2 2℃ ,黑暗温度 1 8℃ ,湿度 50 % ,对模式植物拟南芥进行了溶液培养。采用这种水培系统培养的拟南芥植株比土培的植株提前三周成熟 ,而且植株生长非常健壮 ,苗高可达 30~ 4 0cm。
The development of a simple hydroponic system for culture Arabidopsis plants is described in this report.The nutrient solution we used was one-quarter-strength Hoagland solution that was aerated by an oil-free air compressor.The light intensity was 120 μmol m -2 s -1 for a 12/12h day/night period,the temperature ranged between 18 and 22℃ and the relative humidity was about 50%.Plants grown under these conditions were more vigorous than those grown in potting media,the height of plants could reach 30~40 cm and the time to flowering was advanced for three weeks.
