摘要
分别对 30 0mmol·L-1NaCl和 10 0mmol·L-1Na2 CO3 盐碱胁迫下的羊草苗进行以不同方式施加Ca2 +、ABA和H3PO4 等缓解胁迫处理 .结果表明 ,外施Ca2 +、ABA和H3PO4 明显缓解了盐碱对羊草生长的抑制作用 .叶面喷施效果好于根部处理 ;施用Ca(NO3) 2 效果好于施用CaCl2 效果 ;混合施用CaCl2 和ABA的效果比单独施用ABA或CaCl2 的效果好 .
Two groups of Aneurolepidium chinense seedlings were stressed by 300mmol·L -1 NaCl and 100mmol·L -1 Na 2CO 3,respectively and the effect of ABA,Ca 2+ and H 3PO 4 on relaxing their stress was studied.The results show that external Ca 2+ ,ABA and H 3PO 4 could obviously mitigat the inhibitory effect of NaCl and NaCO 3 on seedling growth. In the treatment of Na 2CO 3,praying it on leaves had a better effect than root irrigating,while in the treatment of NaCl,there was no significant difference.The effect of Ca(NO 3) 2 was much better than that of CaCl 2,and of mingling CaCl 2 and ABA had a much better effect than CaCl 2 or ABA alone.
