摘要
目的分析我院精神科门诊患者使用苯二氮类(BDZ)药物的情况。方法随机选取2011、2012年我院精神科门诊使用BDZ的患者243例,统计两年BDZ处方诊断及使用药物情况。结果 2011年和2012年BDZ处方诊断情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两年均以抑郁、失眠诊断为主。2011年和2012年BDZ处方用药情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两年均以氯硝西泮、阿普唑仑及艾司唑仑为主。结论本院处方中BDZ治疗的临床症状主要为失眠和抑郁,主要以中、长效BDZ药物为主。
Objective To analyze the usage of application of benzodiazepines for psychiatry outpatients.Methods Choosed 243 prescription of benzodiazepines from 2011 to 2012.Results There were many insomnia and depressed patients in usage of benzodiazepines.The number of patients caused of insomnia,depressed,schizophrenia and anxiety using benzodiazepines in two years was no difference（P 0.05）.The main usage were clonazepam,alprazolam and midazolam.Conclusion The benzodiazepines is suitable for patients to treat insomnia and depressed.
