Electrodeposition of Nickel-Cerium-Phosphorus Alloy from Aqueous Solutions

摘要 报道了从含有混合配体 :柠檬酸和氯化铵 ,稳定剂 H3 BO3 的水溶液中电沉积出 Ni- Ce- P合金镀层。讨论了镀液成分和电镀工艺条件 (镀液的 p H值、电流密度、温度、搅拌方式、阳极材料等 )的选择。采用 SEM和 XPS对镀层的结构和组分进行分析 ,结果表明镀层是 Ni- Ce- Nickel cerium phosphorus alloy deposits were obtained from aqueous solutions by using citric acid and ammonium chloride as mixed ligand and boric acid as stabilizer. The selectrons of bath components and plating parameters including electrolytic solution pH, cathodic current density, temperature of electrolytic solution, stiring method, anodic materials, etc. were discussed. Structure and components of the deposits were analyzed by means of SEM and XPS. And the results show that the deposits obtained are Ni Ce P alloys.
