摘要
本文提出了一种利用G、P区过渡相形核对ZL110合金进行时效强化的方法,探讨了这种新的强化方法对ZL 110合金的强度、硬度及体积稳定性的影响规律。结果表明:该强化方法不仅可以提高其机械性能、加工工艺性能,还可提高活塞的体积稳定性,从而满足了活塞的使用性能和工艺性能的要求。
A new method strengthenning ZL11O alloy through thenucleation of G. P transition phase is presented in this paper, and theinfluence of this method on strength, hardness, and dimensional stabilityof ZLlloy is discussed. The result show that this strengthening methodcan increase not only mechanical and mechining property, but alsodimensional stability of ZL110 alloy piston, thus meeting the requirementof service and technological property of ZL110 alloy pistan.
