重视胫骨平台骨折的诊断和治疗 被引量：8

摘要 胫骨上端膨大而形成两个髁,称为胫骨平台。内侧平台的关节面较外侧大,内侧髁和关节面比外侧髁坚固,加上存在7°生理外翻角,因此外侧平台的骨折较常见。胫骨平台骨折占成人全身骨折的1%~2%,在老年人骨折中高达8%[1]。以车祸伤最多见,压砸伤和高处坠落伤次之,单髁骨折约占60%,外侧平台骨折约占90%,双髁骨折约占30%~35%[2]。高能量损伤的胫骨平台骨折常合并半月板和前交叉韧带损伤[3]。正确诊断和治疗胫骨平台骨折对愈后十分重要。
