150例婴儿痉挛发作期及发作间期动态脑电图分析 被引量：4

摘要 1841年英国医生West首次详尽描述了婴儿痉挛,具有点头发作、进行性智力倒退、脑电图呈现高度失律三大特征[1]。一部分患儿由另一癫癎性脑病大田原综合征转化而来,50%~70%的患儿在痉挛发作停止后转化为其他类型的癫癎,20%~50%患儿进展为Lennox-Gastaut综合征[2],严重影响小儿健康成长,甚至威胁到小儿的生命。婴儿痉挛确诊主要根据临床表现与脑电图改变,
