摘要
网络信息时代的来临及全球化步伐的加快都要求青年科技人员不仅具有广博的知识,而且还要有较强的能力和较高的素质。英语作为对外交际的重要工具显得更加重要。英语应用能力在人才结构中将占有突出的地位。本文拟就其大多数人未能跳出"漩涡式"的英语学习方法,找到真正有效的学习方法做一些探讨,提供广大的英语学习者参考。
The boom of informative network and quickening of globalization requires that young scientific researchers not only equipped with broad acquisition, yet also calls for magnificent com- petency and qualities. As the crucial tool for foreign communication, the English applicative abili- ties account for projective status in talent structure. The essay planned to explore effective English learning approaches in accordance with the situation that most people＇s maintaining to vortex learn- ing methods to provide reference for English learners.
