摘要
本文介绍了红外热像检测技术和管道保温散热损失计算方法,并对测算过程中的误差进行了分析。2012年12月,某石化公司一条3.5MPa蒸汽管线出口温度较设计温度偏低30℃左右,怀疑是管线保温存在问题,通过对该管线保温进行详细的检测和测算分析,并针对发现的问题提出处理措施,经整改,管线出口温度达到了工艺要求。实践表明,运用红外技术对管道保温效果进行综合评估,有利于经济合理地实施保温技术改造,减少了不必要的浪费。
This article describes the infrared thermal imaging detection technology and method of heat loss calculation for heat preservation of pipe , analyses the error in the calculation process. In December 2012,the outlet temperature of a petrochemical company′s 3.5MPa steam pipeline was low compared to the design temperature around 30℃,petrochemical plants suspected that the pipeline insulation had problems, to detect and measure analysis detailed to this pipeline insulation,and put forward measures for the problems identified,after rectification,the pipeline outlet emperature met the process requirements.Practice shows that the use of infrared technology to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the effect of pipe insulation,it is beneficial to implement the technological upgrading economically and legitimately,reduce unnecessary waste.
