摘要
目的:探讨非酒精性脂肪肝(Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease,NAFLD)的中医(Traditional Chinese Medicine,TCM)临床研究进展。方法:搜集近几年中医治疗NAFLD的相关文献,从病因病机、临床治疗等方面进行综述。结果:中医治疗NAFLD取得较好的临床疗效。结论:中医治疗NAFLD虽具有广阔前景,但仍有诸多不足,需不断规范临床诊疗、深入临床研究,以待提高疗效。
Objective： To discuss the clinical research progress of NAFLD by TCM. Methods： Through collecting the related document literature about the therapy of TCM for NAFLD treatment in recent years, on etiology and pathogenesis and clinical treatment were discussed and summarized. Results： It has better effects on treating NAFLD by TCM. Conclusion： Though traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of NAFLD has bread application prospect, but it also has many defects, so clinical practice should be standardize and further clinical research should be done to improve the efficacy.
