摘要
总结了薛博瑜教授治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的学术思想。薛教授紧密结合临床实际,总结了非酒精性脂肪肝病因病机及辨证治则,指出肝肾亏耗是病机之本,本虚标实,以正虚为本。从治标和治本,从外因和内因等全方位、立体地论述了非酒精性脂肪性肝病的病因病机和发展转变,并在此基础上提出补益肝肾、疏肝健脾的治疗大法,创制了复方首乌降脂颗粒。其方紧扣治疗大法,使临床疗效大为提高,推动了非酒精性脂肪性肝病的治疗进展。
Academic thought of Professor Xue Boyu on non-alcoholic fatty liver disease（NAFLD） is summarized in this treatise.Prof.Xue incorporates clinical practice into generalization about both etiology and pathogenesis and syndnime differvtiation and therapy of NAFLD closely.He considers depletion of liver and kidney as pathogenic basis of NAFLD.Prof.Xue dissertates etiology and pathogenesis of NAFLD and progression of this disease in all aspects,from temporary to permanent treatment,from external to internal factors.And also he proposes the principle of treatment named as invigorating the liver and kidney,soothing liver and strengthening spleen and he contrives complex shouwu hypolipemic drug granules.This Drug granules which link closely to the principle of treatment greatly can improve the clinical efficacy and promote the progress of treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.
