摘要
从当前出现的离婚财产分割重点由“有形”向“无形”转移的现象入手 ,结合对知识产权的特点分析 ,论述了我国现行法律在知识产权分割问题上存在的缺陷 。
This paper studies the characteristics of intellectual property right and points out the drawbacks of the partition of intellectual property right in our contemporary law.
