摘要
《婚姻法》(修正案)中对我国夫妻财产制度的内容进行了必要的完善,然而从法理和我国的实际情况来看,《婚姻法》(修正案)中有关夫妻财产制度的具体规定仍然存在一定的缺陷,需要通过立法加以进一步完善。
It is necessary to perfect the marital property system of our country in Amendments to Marriage Law, but there still exists some imperfection of specific regulations on it from the view of legal principle and current situation of our country; therefore, we should make it more perfect by legislation to meet the need of adjusting legal relationship of marriage and family.
