摘要
通过人体解剖学和肌电观察分析。本文发现,人体蹲起时股后肌群有规律地做克制性收缩,配合股四头肌完成伸膝工作,而腓肠肌没有伸膝功能。在蹲起同时提踵的动作中,腓肠肌做克制性收缩,主要完成提踵。
Through the analysis of anatomy and electromyographic analysis in standing up of human body.it is discovered that the hamstring groups occur the centripetal contract,stretching the knee joints coordinating with the four headed thighs,but gastronemius doesn't have the function of stretching the knee joint.It is also discovored the gastrocnemius occurs centripetal contract in standing up with plantar flexion.Its main function is ankle lifting.
