摘要
目的探讨临床护理路径(CNP)在消化性溃疡病中的应用。方法将CNP应用于收治的120例消化性溃疡病患者中,对患者的住院疗程长短及费用、健康教育评分、疾病知晓率及护理满意度进行分析。结果 CNP实施后患者的平均住院疗程与费用较传统护理组明显降低,患者对健康教育及溃疡性疾病的知晓率有明显地提高,对护理人员的满意度有显著提升。结论CNP应用于消化性溃疡患者,保证了临床护理的连续性、完整性、计划性,规范了护理人员的护理行为,从而提高了护理质量,提高患者的健康知识水平和患者对护理工作的满意度。
Objective To investigate the clinical care pathway in patients with peptic ulcer disease. Methods 120 cases of peptic ulcer patients admitted in this hospital were performed with the clinical care pathway, then the treatment length, cost of hospitalization, health education ratings, disease awareness and care satisfaction were analyzed. Results The average length of stay of patient＇s treatments and costs after the implementation of the clinical care pathway decreased significantly compared with those of traditional care group; patient awareness on health education and ulcerative disease markedly improved ; the satisfaction toward the nursing staff also greatly improved. Con- clusion The clinical care pathway used in patients with peptic ulcer ensures the continuity of clinical care, integrity and planning, and it also standardizes the behavior of nursing care, thereby it may improve the quality of care and the patient＇s level of health knowledge as well as patient＇s satisfaction for nursing work.
