摘要
考虑螺栓屈服强度、抗拉强度和载荷的不确定性,应用应力-强度干涉模型,建立按许用可靠度设计螺栓的方法,得到螺栓的屈服安全系数与抗拉安全系数。如果将螺栓的安全级别分为一般、重要和很重要三类,则螺栓屈服强度的许用可靠度应分别不小于0.891 9、0.989 47和0.998 25,螺栓抗拉强度的许用可靠度应分别不小于0.999 942 67、0.999 999 700 3和0.999 999 976 74。基于满足螺栓的许用可靠度,在静载荷时,螺栓屈服安全系数应分别不小于1.25、1.45和1.60,抗拉安全系数应分别不小于1.55、1.80和1.90。在变载荷时,其屈服安全系数应分别不小于1.35、1.65和1.85,抗拉安全系数应分别不小于1.95、2.25和2.45。
Due to the uncertainty of the bolt yield intensity, tensile strength and the loads, by means of stress-intensity interference model, the design method of bolt is established according to permissible reliability; yield and tensile safety factor are obtained. The researching results show that: (1) If bolt safe levels was divided into three classes as general, important and very impor- tant, bolt yield intensity permissible reliability should be not less 0. 891 9, 0. 989 47 and 0. 998 25, respectively; bolt tensile intensity permissible reliability should be not less 0. 999 942 67, 0. 999 999 700 3 and 0. 999 999 976 74, respectively. (2) Based on satisfies bolt permissible reliability, under static load condition, the bolt yield intensity safety factor should be not less 1.25, 1. 45 and 1. 60, respectively; the bolt tensile intensity safety factor should be not less 1.55, 1.80 and 1.90, respectively; under variety load condition, the bolt yield intensity safety factor should be not less 1.35, 1.65 and 1.85, respectively; the bolt tensile intensity safety factor should be not less 1.95, 2.25 and 2.45, respectively.
