摘要
应用模糊可靠性设计理论,研究了最苛刻的气压与液压试验条件下钢制薄壁球形容器静强度的模糊可靠度范围。结果表明:①初始屈服强度在气压试验时的模糊可靠度范围为R_(s1)=98.60%~99.820%,在液压试验时为R_(s2)=92.763%~96.958%。②气压试验时初始爆破强度的模糊可靠度范围为R_(b1)= 99.990%~99.999999%,液压试验时的模糊可靠度为R_(b2)=99.877%~99.99910%。文中结论为压力容器的模糊可靠性设计从理论走向实用提供了参考依据。
With fuzzy reliability design philoso- phy,fuzzy reliability extent of static strength of thin steel spherical vessels under the severe test condition of pneumatic pressure and hydraulic pressure has been studied.The result shows that the fuzzy reliability extent of initial yield strength is R_(S_1)=98.60%~99.820% at pneu- matic test and R_(S_2)=92.763%~96.958% at hy- draulic test.For fuzzy reliability extent of initial burst strength is R_(b_1)=99.990%~99.999999% at pneumatic test and R_(b_2)=99.877%~99. 99910% at hydraulic test.The conclusion in the article is available for reference to ambiguous re- liability design of pressure vessel from theory to practicality.
