摘要
目的探讨消除脂血对临床生化检验常用指标干扰的方法.方法选取健康体检人员67例,抽取空腹静脉血3 mL至真空采血管中,然后制备高甘油三酯混合血清和乳糜干扰物.制作系列浓度干扰标本后,再平均分为两组,行高速离心法和稀释法检测各项临床生化常用指标.结果干扰物干扰试验中,高速离心法中丙氨酸氨基转移酶、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶、尿素、前白蛋白、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、葡萄糖、总胆固醇的相关系数均高于稀释法.结论高速离心法是消除脂血对临床生化检验常用指标干扰的有效方法.
Objective To investigate methods for eliminating blood lipid disturbance to the detection of clinical biochemical indexes. Method 67 health persons were selected and 3 mL of their fasting blood samples were collected in vacuum tubes. The samples were used to prepare a mixed serum with high triglycerides and chyle interference. The interference in a series of concentrations were averagely divided into two groups randomly. All of them were treated with high speed eentrifugation and dilution method, and then used for the detection of several clinical biochemical indexes. Results In the experiment,correlation coefficient of ALT,AST,UREA, PA, HDL, LDL, GLU,TCHO detected with the high speed centrifugation method were significantly higher than those of the dilution method. Conclusion The high speed eentrifugation should be an effective method to eliminate blood lipid disturbance to clinical biochemical indexes.
