摘要
通过采集同时同人指血与静脉血并分别用3种生化分析仪测定BUN、CK进行结果比较和相关分析。采集40例自行车运动员同时同人指血和静脉血,并在MD-100半自动生化分析仪、Reflotron.sprint干式生化仪测定指血和在7020全自动生化分析仪上测定静脉血BUN和CK,并做两种比较实验,即指血、半自动生化仪与静脉血、全自动生化仪测定比较BUN/CK,指血、干式生化仪与静脉血、全自动生化仪测定比较BUN/CK,统计测试结果的差异并做回归方程。结果一,指血、半自动生化仪与静脉血、全自动生化仪测定BUN存在统计学意义上的系统误差,但这种差异在临床意义上尚处于可接受范围,而且两者BUN、CK测试结果高度相关,直线回归方程分别为Y=0.9716X+0.0309和Y=0.9586X+10.49。结果二,指血、干式生化仪与静脉血、全自动生化仪测定BUN、CK存在显著的统计学意义上的系统误差,但两者测试结果高度相关,回归方程分别为Y=1.0408X+0.2549和Y=0.9229X-0.24(当CK<500U/L时),Y=abXXc(当CK>500U/L时)。建议对运动员用不同仪器进行上述指标分析时可适当参考各回归方程,以便做出统一性评价。
To make a comparison and correlation between the level of blood urea nitrogen (BUN) & creatine kinase(CK)in finger blood monitored by semi-automatic chemistry analyzer or dry chemistry analyzer and those in venous blood monitored by automatic chemistry analyzer from same samples. Finger blood and venous blood from 40 cyclists were collected and tested for the level of BUN and CK. Finger blood was measured on MD-100 semi-automatic chemistry analyzer or reflotron, sprint system, but venous blood on 7020 automatic chemistry analyzer. The result indicated that there was significant difference but significant correlation among there analytic methods. The linear regression equation is Y= 0. 9716X+0. 0309 and Y= 0. 9586X+ 10.49 respectively for finger blood monitored by semi-automatic chemistry analyzer, while the linear regression equation is Y=1. 0408X+0. 2549 and Y= 0. 9229X-0. 24 for finger blood monitored by automatic chemistry and dry chemistry analyzer. The regression equations may be helpful for the monitoring of sport training in athletes.
